EST Papercuttings

Erstad & Stubbe-Teglbjærg – nostalgic paper design

EST stands for Erstad & Stubbe-Teglbjærg, an old company creating paper cuttings and decorative paper mobiles. EST was established more than 70 years ago and their products have been used as window decoration and Christmas decoration for decades. In 2010 Livingly took over EST.

Livingly has picked out some of these designs and made them available as an extra series of paper products with a lot of Danish traditions and a strong touch of nostalgia.

All EST products are made in Denmark by our homeworkers and produced of ECO-friendly paper.

Background information about EST paper cuttings

Since 1948, Danish paper art has been at the heart of EST’s story. It all began when paper artist Edel Erstad started designing and crafting delicate paper cuttings and mobiles. Later, her husband, visual artist C.V. Stubbe-Teglbjærg, joined the company, and together they created a collection of romantic designs deeply rooted in Danish traditions.

Today, EST’s products are still made with the same dedication and craftsmanship by Livingly's local Danish home workers who share a passion for paper art.
