Rosenborg Castle Spires – Danish souvenir inspired by Copenhagen architecture – The Royal Danish Collection
This elegant set of three paper figures represents stylized spires from Rosenborg Slot, one of Copenhagen’s most iconic historic castles.
Designed by Louise Helmersen for Livingly and developed in collaboration with Den Kongelige Samling, the figures reinterpret historic architecture as a modern Danish souvenir.
The three white paper spires create a small decorative skyline that can either stand on a shelf or hang as light decorative elements.
Inspired by the architecture of Rosenborg Castle
Rosenborg Slot was built in the early 17th century by King Christian IV and is one of Denmark’s most famous examples of Renaissance architecture.
The castle is known for its slender copper spires, red brick façades and elegant proportions – elements that are reinterpreted here as stylized paper forms.
The spires are a recognizable feature of Copenhagen’s skyline and a symbol of the city’s royal heritage.
A Copenhagen souvenir with Danish design
The three spires are designed as a modern Copenhagen souvenir celebrating the city’s architecture and royal history.
They are:
- A unique Danish souvenir from Copenhagen
- A minimalist interpretation of historic architecture
- A decorative gift for design and architecture lovers
Perfect for travellers, collectors, or anyone who wants to bring a small piece of Copenhagen home.
Handmade in Denmark
Each paper figure is carefully produced and assembled in Denmark.
The lightweight construction creates an elegant, almost floating expression that fits beautifully into modern Scandinavian interiors.
